This is one of those books that I could talk about forever, because it's one of the best books I've ever read. The second book in the Bridei Chronicles, it is amazing. This series has everything, love, politics, friendship, adventure, mystery, and a touch of magic. The first book The Dark Mirror tells the tale of a young Bridei, a boy foster fathered by a druid. Bridei's destiny is greater than he can imagine, and it revolves around the future of Fortriu itself.
I highly recommend this book for everyone 14 and up, it is good for both guys and girls. These books are captivating, I give them five stars!

Also, make sure you read The Dark Mirror before reading this book!
